NetCee Systems “HawkEye” line of products provide complete solutions to measuring and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with such innovation and preciseness that has been unheard in the Telecom Market before. We define, measure and provide SLAs based on the following:A) Application based SLAs (ASLA) ASLA tells you as how your multiple Servers hosting your Proprietary or Standard Applications are delivering Data to your end users. ASLA operates on individual sessions between the Servers and the Client. It has the ability to precisely tell you at what rate your Server hosting a particular Application, serving a particular Client is delivering Data. It also tells you at what rate a Client is requesting Data from a particular Application being hosted on a Serve.
B) Company Level SLA (CSLA) CSLA provides SLA information about ALL the users belonging to a Company with their respective interactions with Multiple Applications Types being hosted on numerous Servers regardless of their geographical locations. All the performance reporting parameters are fully logged and then reported through interactive graphs which could be historic and real time.
C) Individual Users SLA (IUSLA) IUSLA delivers complete set of information about the individual user interactions with each and every Applications hosted by multitude of servers regardless of their geographical locations.

NetCee Systems State of the Art “NetEye” line of products redirect traffic on the fly into multiple links where each link is individually monitored for its performance. NetEye introduces the fastest switch over time to redirect traffic from a failed link to an operational link. Please note that the innovative architect implementation of NetEye ensures that NOT even a single byte of data information is ever lost during the rollover time from a failed link to an operational link. In other words, the end hosts don't need to even re-transmit a single byte.
The built-in innovative algorithms of NetEye can define multiple output interfaces with guaranteeing NetEye can concurrently support 32 Multi-links where the traffic can be intelligently distributed based on individual link performance.
NetEye maintains the “true sequence numbers” of all the packets belonging to individual applications as they pass through multiple links and reach to their destination. NetEye re-sequence the packets of all the Applications on the fly so the end servers or clients don't have to suffer from the performance degradation as the results of re-sequencing these packets.
